About YTIOnline
When you take an online course with YTIOnline, you will learn from experts in the field of disability who work at the Yang-Tan Institute on Employment and Disability (YTI).
The Yang-Tan Institute—which is part of Cornell University’s ILR School—works toward a world where people with disabilities are fully included in the workplace and community by advancing knowledge, policies, and practice that enhance equal opportunities for all people with disabilities.
Most YTIOnline courses offer hands-on learning, teach leading-edge skills, and provide up-to-date information that you can use immediately. They also include interactive opportunities so you can connect with others and ask questions. And, for those who may need an accommodation, we are well equipped to provide one—be sure to request what you need when registering and note that we do ask for a few day’s notice; the registration form will tell you the date for that.
YTIOnline is staffed not only by faculty. Our team includes webinar specialists, designers, developers, editors, videographers, and accessibility experts.
